DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
YES. YOU CAN EXCHANGE ANY HAIR EXTENSIONS RECEIVED VIA MAIL ORDER IF A WRONG COLOR OR LENGTH WAS SENT AS PER YOUR ORDER. EXTENSIONS PURCHASED IN PERSON WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR EXCHANGED AS YOU WOULD HAVE ASSESSED AND AGREED THE QUALITY IS GOOD IN PERSON. ANY HAIR INSTALLED ON YOUR HEAD OR SIMPLY TRIED ON WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. WE DO NOT REFUND ON HAIR STYLES. IF A HAIR STYLE BECOMES UNDONE WITHING 3 DAYS WE OFFER A REDO, PROVIDED THE HAIR STYLE HAS NOT BEEN ALTERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER HAIRDRESSER. ANY HAIR THAT HAS BEEN CHEMICALLY ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED(IE DYE, PERM,RELAX), NEITHER WILL WE OFFER A REDO OF A STYLE CHEMICALLY ALTERED(CHEMICAL ON BOND BREAKS IT DOWN) IF THIS OCCURS WE WILL SEND IN A HAIR DRESSER TO FIX IT AND A TOUCH UP FEE WILL APPLY! WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU GONE WRONG TO DYE OR BLEACH YOUR HAIR(CHEMICAL DAMAGE TO EXTENSIONS.
MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?
YOU CAN RETURN ANY MAIL ORDER IF A WRONG ORDER IS SENT IN. ONLY IF WRONG ORDER IS SENT IN. PLEASE NOTE HAIR PURCHASED IN PERSON FROM ONE OF OUR AGENTS OR HAIRDRESSERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR EXCHANGED.
WHY ARE DP HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED OR USED?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
**We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY HAIR STYLE?
Please report it within 24 hours and we will have someone do a redo. Reports reported after 24 hours of wearing the hairstyle will not be valid. Any redo at this point will be charge accordingly.
What happens if I try to do my hair extensions at another hairdresser(Dye, bleach) and I fail, can I get a refund
No. We will not refund hair that has been chemically altered by you or another hairdresser. Please note we do not give warantee/guarantee on preferred dye results on our hair extensions by you or any other hairdresser. We do custom colors on our hair extensions for you on request of hair extensions. If you how ever decide to do your own dye job or bleach and you fail or get undesired results, DAWN PARADISE will not be held liable at all for this. All sales are FINAL!
Important: Please make sure you assess all hair during delivery before paying. All sales are final. Please make sure you are happy with the hair before you allow a technician to install it on your head. All sales are final! If you chemicaly alter any of the hair and in the process damage the hair or get undesired results, Dawn Paradise will not refund. Inspect all courierd products and report any mistakes with your order if any within 24 hours. Opened or used items will not be refunded.
